Show NOTICE TO PIP.LIC The State Road Commission of Utah hereby advises all interested persons that location of a section of the National Interstate Defense Highway is contemplated in the County of Beaver and in the area. ; of Beaver City. The route of th; proposed location is as follows: Commencing at the Junction of State Highway U-20 in the North half of Section 31, T31S, R7W, SLB&M in Iron Co. and extending northeasterly, substantially sub-stantially along present U. S. 91, to the Iron-Beaver Co. Line, thence northwesterly in Beaver Co. substantially along ipresent U. S. 91, to a point approximately approximate-ly 0.15 miles north of the south line of Section 9, T3QS, R7V, SLB&M; thence continuing nortnwesieriy, diverging irom present U. S. 91, to a point approximately ap-proximately 0.3 miles north of the south line of Section 28, T29S, R7W, SLB&M, said point also being approximately .035 miles west of present U. S. 91, thence extending approximately due north, passing along the west side of Beaver, approximately approxi-mately 0.6 miles west of ipresent U. S. 91, to a point on the north line of Section 4, T29S, R7W, SLB&M; thence northwesterly approximately two miles; thence due north, parallel to and one mile west of present U. S. 91, to the north line of Section i, T28S, R7W; said point being approximately 0.3 miles west of present U. S. 91; thence northeasterly north-easterly converging with and extending substantially along present U. S. 91, to a point in the Southwest Quarter of Section Sec-tion 11, T27S, R7W, SLB&M; thence northerly to a point on the Beaver-Mill drd-Co Line approximately ap-proximately 0.85 miles west of (present U. S. 91. Lengths: Iro-i County approximately approx-imately 6.9 miles; Beaver County approximately 31.3 miles. Approximate total length of section: sec-tion: 38.2 miles. The governing officials of the Beaver County Commission have (been notified. The information meeting will be held November 6, at 10:00 a. m. in the Beaver County Court House, in Beaver City, Utah. The official public hearing. I which will be recorded and made a matter of public record, will be held at 10:00 a. m. on November 7, 1958, at the Beaver County Court House, to advise the citi- zens of the reasons for such locations loca-tions and to hear matters pertaining pertain-ing to the economic effects of such qsroposed location.
