Show ATTENTION COMMISSIONERS AND ROADJUPERVISORS j On the 12, 13, 14 of the present month j the Third Annual Inter-Mountain Good ; Roads Association will hold their meet-I meet-I ing at the City of Logan, Utah. Prep-' Prep-' arations are being made for a conven- tion that will surpass anything of its ! kind ever held in the west. The com-J com-J mittee in charge undertook to have the ! Government Good Ri.ids train during j the three days of the Convention. This action was enlarged upon on account of the limited seating sp-ice in the cars : hence later arrangement provided that the Department of Agriculture should send their Exhibition direct to Logan with all their paraphernalia and men to set up the exhibition and the same to remain intact during the convention. The expense of this exhibition will cost between $1,000.00 and $2,000.00. At no time in the past has the Government conceded to this kind of an arrangement. The Government officers among the road experts will com to the convention conven-tion and give to the delegates all their experience in road building and road up-keep. In addition to this there will be a program of speakers by men of knowledge know-ledge in road making. E. W. James Washington D. C , inspector in-spector of roads for the Department, is on the program. Jes-ie Taylor, Editor of "Better Roads", ef Jamestown, Ohio, a man who knows the road business fromA to Z will address the convention. A. G. Batcheldor, of New York, chairman of the American Automobile Assocation, will also address the convention. con-vention. Frank N. McCandless, President of the Pacfic Coast Good Road Association, Associa-tion, headquarters at Tacoma, is invited invit-ed to address the convention. Governor Wm. Spry of Utah. Governor Gov-ernor James Hawley of Idaho, and Former Governor James H. Brady, of Idaho, will be among the speakers. ! In a few days the program will be . completed and ready for circulation. Between 5000 and 6003 delegates will ! be appointed from the States of, Utah, ' lda!0, Wyoming, Nevada, Colorado, and .Montana, anj it is believed a good j per centage of them will be present, j Logan is preparing to take care of all the v isitors. ; The Executive Committee of the Association As-sociation are aware that there will be some County Commissioners and Road Supervisors who may not have been ap- pointed delegates to this convention. j It is our desire that all of such officers ' should be present and take part in the Convention. We therefore, hereby in- , vite all commissioners and road supervisors super-visors to attend the Convention and on.
