OCR Text A public library would be a mighty fine thing for Bingham and could be had at a small expense. The little towns all around us have libraries for the benefit of the students in school and the citizens generally. In our neighboring towns which are too small to have a Carnegie library there are libraries in connection with the schools, the Bingham schools are not so fortunate in this matter. mat-ter. It is possible that the local teachers might be able to create .a little sentiment on this line, and if they would they would render ren-der a great service to the community. Good reading matter is :now an indispensable part of an education, but it is impossible for many people to have good reading matter in a town where there is no library. By all means Bingham should have one.
