Nelson and Leo Hansen. n The complete list of teachers' for the Alpine School District is now completed, and everything is in readiness readi-ness for the 1929-30 school term, which opens next Monday, September 9. The teachers selected have all been assigned to their individual schools, and all express their satisfaction satis-faction with the assignments made. A. big majority of the last year teachers teach-ers will be back and in place of those leaving some very fine material is to be found as is evident by the list-ments. list-ments. In addition to the teachers' list being be-ing completed, a number of improve, ments and repairs have been made, placing all the schools throughout the entire district in first class shape for the year's Work. The school calendar in detail follows: September 7 Teachers institute. September 9 School opens. December 2 2nd quarter begins. December 21 to 29 Christmas Holidays. January 1 School closed for New Years March 3 3rd quarter opens. May 23 School closes. May 24 4th quarter commences (summer vacation).
