Show Eugene S. Henriod Dies Following Fol-lowing Apoplectic Stroke Eugene S. Henriod, 74, prominent stock raiser and farmer of HiIr community, com-munity, passed away suddenly at the family residence at noon Thursday, September 5, following an apoplectic stroke. Mr. Henriod was born August 12, 18fi5 in American Fork, the son of Eugene A. Ienriod, American Fork's oldest citizen at the present time and one of Utah's first educators, and Mary Mallett Henriod. He was raised rais-ed here and has spent most of his life in this vicinity. Some time of his life was spent on a ranch In rieasant View. Stock raining and farming were his main occupations, although he engaged In some mining. January IKfcO he was united In marriage to Rarhel Condor, who still survives him1. Others surviving an? his father, Eugene A. Henriod who Is 94 years old, one brother, Fred A. of Salt Iake City, one sister, Mrs. Emily Chipman of Soldier f-Tinnmitt, and the following children: Mrs. Emmeit Ingersoll, Mrs. William Peterson Pet-erson of Salt. T,ale City. Mrs. Ross Ballard of Jirap'-r, Eugene E. Henriod Hen-riod of San P.arnadino, California, and Jj- C Henriod of Provo. ITis son, L. C- Henriod. Is district mnnagor of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. and president of the Provo Klwanls Club. Funeral services will be held Sunday Sun-day afternoon, September 8, at 4 o'clock, in the Third ward chapel. The body may be viewed previous to the services at the family residence. |
