Show I I Thursday, March San Chronicle 1. 1173 r: ' Pack 365 enjoys banquet, cake sale Pack banquet was held for Wednesday. last 365 and Troop Rolled chicken and a baked potato and vegetable was served. Pie and ice cream was served for dessert. Fathers and sons of the pack baked 'akes and an auction was held. There were several different catagcries in which the cakes were judged. All proceeds went to the pack. Mrs. Foster was given thanks and appreciation for working fcfe with the cubs for many years. also was Dale Shipp barrier with fantails and frillbacks is being studied by acknowledged for working with ( photos by Carole Hayes ) fthe scout program on a district basis. Mrs. Mel Dickison received a placque for working with the cub program for many years. Mrs. Guy Biddle also received a placque for his many years working with the cubs and then in the scouting program. Merit badges were given the 8:30 p.m. and Friday from research. They went to get away from the winter weather, but found it quite stormy there also. Mr. and Mrs. Michael Cordova are the happy parents of a baby boy, bom Feb. 23. This is the couples first child. Darolyn Ware was taken to the hospital last week, when she became very ill. After diagnosis it was decided she should have surgery. She is doing quite well at home. Myrna Farley recently flew to Phoenix, Ariz., where she attended the funeral services of her brother-in-laand stayed a few days with her sister. Mr. and Mrs. Bertt Young are the happy parents of a baby daughter. She arrived Feb. 10. Robert Bushell, small son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bushell, fell the other day and cut hio head. He was taken to the hospital and about 20 stitches were needed to repair the injury He was released from the hospital and is doing well at home. M.lton Casper, has been here for a few days and has been staying with the George Nichols family. The Casper family is now living in New Jersey and Mr. Casper was on his way to San Francisco on a business trip. Georgia House is in the hospital where she had surgery on Tuesday morning. Scott Collier, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Collier, who is stationed in Arizona with the Air Force, is spending several days leave at the home of ftis parents.
