Twelve photographs representing base achievements were also included. "We had a short suspense to compile and finalize the submission," Parson said. "A lot of our data came from the Hilltop Times because the paper covers many of the events and awards across the base. Each major command, field operating agency and direct reporting unit can nominate an installation to compete for the Installation Excellence Award.
