Show H. W. KIRKENDALL RETIRED JULY 1ST The retirement of Hardin Wood Kirkendall, level foreman at Kennecott's Utah Copper Division Divis-ion mine, has been announced by J. C. Landenberger, Jr., general superintendent of mines, effective effec-tive July 1. Mr. Kirkendall was born in Springville, Utah. He was first employed at Utah Copper in 1910 as a brakeman. He held subsequent subse-quent jobs as locomotive engineer, engi-neer, yardmaster and handyman. Before he came to Bingham he was employed at the Eureka Hill Mining company at Silver City, Utah. Mr. and Mrs. Kirkendall have two children. Their present residence re-sidence is 112 Cyprus, Copperton. o |
