Show CITTCOUNCIL A regular meeting of the city council was held at the city hall on June 24th according to Eugene Morns, recorder. Miscellaneous bills and payroll for last half of June totaling $2,079.00 were okehed for payment. A report on inspection tour made of all Bingham cafes and beer parlors on June 2nd by Dr. F. E. Straup, city health officer, was read. All were reported to be satisfactory. A license to operate a restaurant restaur-ant at 539 Main St. was granted to Mrs. Jesse I. Lopez. An ordinance designating the duties of owners and operators of business establishments within with-in the city limits with respect to the handling of garbage was pass ed by the council. The ordinance in its entirety appears on page four of this issue of the paper. |
