Free sign language help offered Parents of hearing impaired children are invited to receive free sign language instruction, sponsored by the Weber State University Sign Language Club. Classes will be held on Mondays starting Jan. 28 at 6 p.m. at the Utah Community Center for the Deaf, 388 N. 400 East, Bountiful. The classes will be taught by Bill Vicars, a professional profes-sional sign language instructor who currently teaches for Weber State University and also the Utah Community Com-munity Center for the Deaf.
