Miss fiegina Isom of this place was married May 19 to Mr. Claud L. Johnson John-son of navtM, The bHde ,g the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Isom, a highly respected young lady, and the groom is the grandson of Seth Johnson an early pioneer of Dixie. A wedding reception was given giv-en at the home of the bride's parents. May 20 and an enjoyable time was had. Many good wishes go with the young couple. Mr. and Mrs. Scholtzen of Los Angeles, Cal., spent the week end here visiting the latter's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Sanders. June Hirschi is very ill with a severe pain and gathering in the head but at last report was somewhat improved. im-proved. The bee hive girls have gone to St. George for baptismal work in the temple. The lesser priesthood gave a nice little program Sunday afternoon. A tin and towel shower was given Miss Regina Isom, May 17. |
