Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah. April 24, 1926. Notice is hereby given that William Wil-liam Atkin, whose post office address is St. George, Utah, has made application appli-cation in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of See. 8, Chapter 67, Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to change the place of use of 3.9 6 c. f. s. of water diverted from Fort Pierce Wash in Washington County, Utah. Heretofore the water has been diverted divert-ed at a point which bears 3471 ft. E. and 52 4 ft. S. of the E cor. of Sec. 3.6, T. 43 S., R. 15 W., S. L. M. and used for the irrigation of Wi4NW4, SENW, NE14SW14 Sec. 31.T.43 S., R. 14 W S. L. M. It is now desired desir-ed to divert the water as heretofore and use for the irrigation of 71.76 acres of land embraced in NWi4 Sec. 31. T. 43 S., R. 14 W., and E NE Sec. 3 6, T. 43 S R. 15 W., S. L. M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. aS90. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
