WATERING HOLES DECLARED TO BE OPEX PROPERTY Washington, April 22. An executive execu-tive order withdrawing from settlement, settle-ment, location, sale or entry lands on vacant public domain containing springs or water holes was issued today to-day on the recommendation of the secretary of the interior. This order is designed to prevent private acquisition acquisi-tion of watering places necessary for livestock using the public grazing lands.
