Show Undivided Democratic Delegation. Hon. S. F. Nuckolls is here as the only delegate representing the territories terri-tories of Utah and Wyoming. He was formerly of Atchison county, Mo., and in lf4 laid out Nebraska city, w:8 the first dolegale to congress from Wyoming in 1809. He now lives in Salt Lake. He was appointed by both the Mormon and Gentile democratic conventions ot Utah. Two delegates were selected for Wyoming, Wyo-ming, but as th'y declined to attend, Mr. Nuckolls was selected as a proxy to rprrsent that territory. Mr. Nuckoils camo under instructions instruc-tions Irutu Wyoming in case he could cast no vote to bolt the convention, but ho will nevertheless remain as the representative from Utah.
