Show oo ClFEREIEi ANNAPOLIS, Md., Dec. 17. State governors at their conference today discussed educational, labor, public land and agricultural policies connected connect-ed with reconstruction. Governor Brumbaugh of Pennsylvania led the discussion on state educational poh-cleso poh-cleso and Governor Boyle of Nevada and Governor-Elect Campbell of Arizona Ari-zona discussed labor policies. Governor Lisyr of Washington was to speak on lani policies and agricultural agricul-tural development was to bo discussed i, by Governor Harding, of Iowa, and Pleasant, of Louisiana and Goyernor-Elect Goyernor-Elect Robertson, of Oklahoma, and McKelvle, of Nebraska. Governor Cox of Ohio sent word he could not attend. He was to have made an address on tho subject of state workmen's compensation plan. Tonight the governors plan to go to Baltimore as guests of the Baltimore Press club. oo |
