Show MAYFIELD STOCKMAN CLAIMS GUNNISON GIRL A marriage of unusual interest and in which one of Gunnison's popular pop-ular young society buds and a prominent promi-nent young stockman of Mayfield were the princpials, was solemnized Wednesday of last week, at Manti when Miss Myrtle Keames, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Will Kearnes, became be-came the wife of Irvin Rosenlund of Mayfield. N. L. Edmunds- officiated offici-ated at the ceremony and. only immediate imme-diate members o the two families were present. ' - ' Wednesday evening, at. the home of . the bride's parents, an 'elaborate wedding supper was served in honor of the newlyweds. -.Some seventy guests were present and enjoyed a splendid dinner. Later a social time, interspersed with musical se-. lections ana other diversions, occupied occu-pied the time until midnight,' when ice cream and cake- were served. Mrs. Rosenlund was the recipient of many useful and ornamental' gifts from her admiring friends. Mrs. Rosenlund is a native of Gunnison. Gun-nison. She attended the schools of this city and was popular in the younger social set. Mr. Rosenlund is one of the young and progressive stockmen " of Mayfield, being interested inter-ested in the sheep business . The newlyweds have hosts of warm friends who will join in wishing them happiness and prosperity on their matrimonial voyage. They will make their home at Mayfield. |
