Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the Uintah County Courthouse Cour-thouse (front steps) located in Vernal, Utah, on March 10, 1983, at 10:00 a.m., of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing the Trust Deeds executed by Tingely Enterprises, as Trustor, in favor of Basin State Bank, as Beneficiary, covering real property located in Uintah County, State of Utah, more particularly described describ-ed as follows: to-wit: Beginning at a point in Section 31, Township 4 South, Range 22 East, Salt Lake Base & Meridian, which point is on the East right of way line of U.S. Highway 40, 226 feet North parallel to the West line of said Section and 40 feet North 89' 58 minutes 43 seconds East parallel to the South line of Lot 3 from the Southwest corner said Lot 3 of said Section 31; thence North parrallel to the West line said Section 269.0 feet; thence North 89 58 minutes 43 seconds East parallel to the South line said Lot 3, 285.22 feet; thence South parallel to the West line said Section 238.41 feet to the North line of the Homestead Subdivision; Subdivi-sion; thence South 16' 30 minutes 00 seconds West along said North line of Homestead Subdivision 44.45 feet; thence South 89" 58 minutes 43 seconds West along said North line Homestead Subdivision 252.97 feet to the point of beginning.
