Prizes will be offered to homes showing the greatest improvement. "It was decided that anyone wishing to compete should report soon to the Inspection committee so that a picture of conditions prior to the cleanuD mieht be taken as a record of Improvements made. , Arrangements will be made with the owner of a tractor to spend a day plowing for would-be gardeners who have no facilities for preparing the soli for planting. People desiring desir-ing this service should report to M. D. Wallace, gardening chairman. Mayor Harper, E. A. Beck of the city council, M. D. Wallace of the Associated Civic Clubs and William C.
