Show Pleasant Grove Locals j Mr. and Mrs. L. M. Atwood were dinner guests Sunday of Blshopand Mrs. Edward Burgess of Alpine. Mr. and Mrs. Gene McCandlass and children visited Saturday with Mrs. McCandlass' parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Green. Mr. and Mrs. Warren Slater announce an-nounce the birth of a baby boy. Mrs. Slater and her new son are at the home of her mother, Mrs. Jacobson in the First ward. Mr. and Mrs. Preston Shoell are happy over the arrival of a new daughter on Tuesday at the American Ameri-can Fork hospital. They first visited San Francisco where Mr. Jacoba at-' at-' tended business, then to Lbs Angeles where they visited Major and Mrs. J. Wallace West and other relatives and spent several days at Palo Alto with their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Roland Jacobs, and son Dennis. Before returning home they visited at Pheonlx, Arizona. The Jacobs' report traveling conditions very much changed.
