Any protest made by the owners of the taxable property in the area Broposed to be annexed to the istrict signed on behalf of a corporation owning property in the territory to be annexed snail be sufficient if signed by the president, vice-president, or any duly authorized agent of the corporation. Where title to any property is held in the name of more than one person, all of the persons holding title to it must join in the signing of the protest. At the time and place set in this Notice for Public Hearing, or at any subsequent time and place to which the hearing may be adjourned, the Board will give full consideration to all protests which have been property filed, will hear all persons desiring to be heard on the annexation proposal, and will thereafter adopt a resolution providing either that the property shall be annexed as proposed or modified, or. that it shall not be annexed. Any resolution providing for the annexation of such property into the District may contain any changes from the initial resolution or this Notice which the Board determines to be appropriate, including the reduction of the boundaries to be annexed. The boundaries of the property proposed to be annexed may not be increased unless the Board gives a new notice and intention and holds a new public hearing. Pursuant to the provisions of Utah Code Annotated 17A-2-1311(2), 1953, as amended, a person may petition the district court for a review of the actions of the Board in annexing the said property to the District if: (a) the person filed a written protest, or the person filed a written protest, withdrew the protest, and then canceled the withdrawal, and (b) the person is a qualified voter residing within property annexed to the District, or the person is a qualified voter whose property has been included within the property annexed; and (c) the petition is filed within thirty (30) days after the date of the resolution of the Board annexing said property; and (d) the petition alleges that the persons' property will not be benefitted by one or more of the services to be provided by the District, or the petition alleges that the WE MEET OR BEAT ANY LENDERS RATE GUARANTEED!
