He was taken to the emergency hospital at the city prison, but when he arrived there he was bleeding to freely from the nose that it was thought best to hurry him to a hospital. He was taken to tho Holy Cross hospital, hos-pital, where he died within half an hour, according to what little information informa-tion could be obtained. No one could lie found who would assume the responsibility of having the man sent to the Holy Cross hospital hos-pital Dr. F. D. Steele, the police surgeon, sur-geon, said that as he was absent tho case was taken in charge by Dr. S. O. Paul. Dr. Paul said that after he saw the condition the man was In he turned the case over to the county authorities. Dr. T. G .
