The Crusaders have put together togeth-er a show with more than a dozen performances and a catered dinner, all in the name of supporting a UVSC scholarship fund, the Huntsman Cancer Institute and the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life event. "I'm really looking forward for-ward to this," said Miss Utah Natalie Camille Johnson, the evening's emcee. White, whom she lost to breast cancer eight years ago. White plans to award the scholarship each fall semester semes-ter to two recipients who have lost a parent to cancer or whose lives have been affected by cancer. The amount of the scholarship has not been decided. "Because my mother passed away from this illness, ill-ness, I feel a huge responsibility responsi-bility to help others have the best lives possible and make sure she didn't die in vain," White said. "So many of us have been touched by cancer in some way and can relate to our club's fight against it. This event will be a night full of entertainment, entertain-ment, fun and food, and all of it directly supports the crusade against cancer."
