Hess was scheduled to appear on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. His bail was also forfeited on motion of the county attorney. Also that date in the case of City of Moab vs. Ben Roger Jackson, bail was forfeited on motion of the county attorney. On Nov. 27 Orley Everrett Taylor appeared and entered a plea of guilty to a DUI charge. He was sentenced to pay a $250 fine and serve 90 days in jail. He was placed on one year probation and ordered to attend AA, and the jail sentence was suspended on successful completion of probation. Brian L. Charles appeared ap-peared Nov. 29 on a charge of possession of stolen property and entered enter-ed a plea of guilty to the charge. He was sentenced to serve 6 months in the county jail, with 5Vj months suspended, and was committed for 15 days. He was placed on one year probation and if he violates the state criminal code during that time he will be required to serve the balance of the jail sentence. Edward Pengulley appeared ap-peared Nov. 27 on DUI, expired registration, and failure to maintain control. con-trol. He was sentenced to pay a $250 fine and serve 50 days in jail on the DUI charge, and the jail sentence was suspended on payment of the fine. On the expired registration charge he was required to pay $10 and serve 2 days in jail, with jail sentence suspended on payment of the fine. Also Nov. 27 Arturo Chavira appeared on a DUI charge. He entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to pay a $200 fine and serve 40 days in jail. The jail sentence was suspended on payment of the fine, and defendant was not placed on probation proba-tion since he is not a resident of the area. John Patterson appeared appear-ed Nov. 22 on a charge of no drivers license. He entered a guilty plea and was ordered to pay a $25 fine. Ricci G. Camberlango appeared Nov. 22 on a charge of driving during revocation (DDR). He entered a guilty plea and was ordered to pay a S200 fine and serve 40 days in jail. He was placed on one year probation and required re-quired to attend driver education classes. Sentence Sen-tence was suspended on successful completion of probation, and if he is convicted of DUI or DDR his probation will be revoked. Bennie Earl Bullock appeared No. 21 on a charge of driving during suspension.
