ORE IN THE reciprocity very encouraging news has been received in this city of late from the reciprocity mine near frisco in beaver county and the company is now confident that it has the making of a producing and paying mine in this property in the development of the reciprocity which adjoins the holdings of the imperial company a tunnel has been driven into the mountain following a well defined vein for a distance of 80 feet at this point the showing was so good that it was decided to sink en cn a sidd fissure that had been encountered near the tunnels face and almost immediately ore was encountered within a few feet of the tunnel level the ore came in stronger and for five or six feet the has been sunk upon a solid ore body from six to eight inches wide that is a heavy galena with an estimated value of 60 to the ton the vein itself is six feet wide and is heavily mineralized and the ore shoot above described seems to be permanent as it is holding its own as depth is attained and is evidently widening with every toot foot that is being gained in the As a matter of fact the values are increasing and a letter from the mine received the first of the week states that the indications are that a big ore body is close at hand the reciprocity group is admirably located as it isi in the near vicinity of the horn silver mine which has paid over 5 in dividends while it is not far from the cactus mine in copper gulch just now the scene of so much activity heavy development and extensive improvement
