Show Notice of Application for U. S. Patent Survey No. 6341 U. S. Land Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Juiy 7th, 1916. NOTI0E is hereby given that in pur suance of the Act of Congress approved May 10, 1872, Milford Mercantile Company, a corporation, whose post office address is Milford, Utah, has made application for a patent for 1220.6 linear feet en the Duluth lode, bsaring gold and silver; the same being 617.2 feet southwesterly and 703.4 feet northeasterly from the discovery dis-covery shaft thereon, with surface ground 800 feet in width, situate in Beaver Lake Mining District, Bearer County, State of Utah, and described by the official plat and by the field Boles on file in the office of the register of the Salt Lake Land District, Utah, as follows, to-wit: Beginning at corner No. 1, whence the common corner of Sec. 16, 17, 20 and 21, T. 26 S., R. 11 W. S. L. B. & M., bears N. 16 17' 40" W. 1782.67 feet; thenee N. 75 51' E. 1220.6 feet to corner No. 2; thence S. 14 09', E. 600 feet to corner No. 3; thence S. 75 51' W. 1220.6 feet to corner No. 4; thence N. 14 09' W. 600 feet to the plaee of beginning; containing 16.812 acres and forming a portion of the N. W. i of section 21, Township 2B S. Range 11 W., S. L. B. & M. The names of adjoining claims as shown by the plat of survey are the Boston lode on the N. E. and the Duluth No. 1 on the N. W. Also for 1496.7 linear feet on the Duluth No. 1 lode, bearing gold and silver; with surface ground 616 feet in width, situate in Beaver Lake mining district, Beaver County, State of Utah, and described by the official plat and by the field notes on file in the office of the register of the Salt Lake Land District, Utah, as follows, to-wit: Beginning at corner No. 1, whence the common corner of Section 16, 17, 10 and 21, T. 26 S. R. 11 W. S. L. B. & M., bears N. 6 12' W. 507.49 faet; thence S. 42 50' E. 1496.07 feet to corner No. 2; thence S, 61" 14' W. 616 feet to corner No. 3; thence N. 42 50' W. 1496.07 feet to corner No. 4; thence N. 61 14' E. 616 feet to the place of beginning; containing 20.521 acres and forming a portion of the N E. Yi of section 20 and the N.W. Yi of section 21, Township 26 S. R. 11 W. S. L. B. & M. The names ef the adjoining claims as shown by the plat of survey, are the Duluth lode on the S. E. and the Duluth lode No. 2 on the North. Also for 1500 linear feet on the Duluth No. 2 lode, bearing gold and silver; -the same being 628.32 feet northwesterly and 871.68 feet southeasterly south-easterly from the discovery shaft thereon, with surface ground 602.76 feet in width, situate in Beaver Lake miniutr d.strict, Beaver County, State of Utah, and described by the official plat and by the field notes on file in' the office of the register of the Salt Lake Land District, Utah, as follows, to-wit: Beginning at corner No. 1, whence the common corner of Section IB, 17, 20 and 21, T. 26 S. R. 11 W. S. L. B. &; M, bears N. 11 30' W. 490.8 feet; j thence S. 61" 14' W. 713.94 feet to corner No. 2; thence N. 61 35' W. i 782,44 feet to corner No. 3; thence N. 2S 16' W. 793.66 feet to corner No. 4; ! thence N. 61 14', E. 602.76 feet to corner No. 6; thenee 8. 23 18' E. 652.98 feet to corner No. 6; thence S. 61 35', B. 960.92 feet to. place of beginning; be-ginning; containing 20.661 acres. The names of the adjoining and conflicting claims are: The Alice, S. lode, survey No. 5026 and the Manila lode, survey No. 6012 and the Duluth No. 1 lode on the southeast.
