Show Gold and Green Ball Highly Successful 1 A C The Timpanogos stake M. I. A. .Gold and Green ball held at the SJSHigh School gymnasium on Wash- ington's birthday drew a large crowd of young and old. She made a beautiful queen, red aer stately bearing, her height all se helped to make her appear right in : birder queenly role. i- I The orchestra in costume was seat-1 seat-1 gl-jd in the north end of the gym. ay Their music was irrestible to the 3lx ?oung folks and many of the older eople enjoyed this "peppy" music. The demonstration of the youngest -,'P in a waltz feature was Interesting Inter-esting to fond parents. The waltz """"uadrille, demonstrated by four vards, was well done. The First ?ard group were possibly the best (latched as to height and presented J Jhe best appearance on . the floor hough there was no official judg-ig judg-ig done. The Merry Widow waltz, riut over by a group of young people lnder the leadership of Margaret tagg, was very well done, each cou-le cou-le vieing with the other to be the est of the group.
