Show Juvenile Judge Sentences 2 For Serious Offenses Anthon Robinson, 27 years old and Guy Simonsen, 25 years old, were sentenced at Monroe, on August Aug-ust 21, by Juvenile Judge A. O. Neil-son Neil-son in the juvenile court to thirty thir-ty days in the Sevier county jail or in lieu thereof to pay a fine of $50.00 each. They were charged with the crime of "contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile." The case involved a liquor transaction. The case was referred to the juvenile court by Sheriff V. M. Fairbanks and Henry S. Bell signed the complaint. As two young boys were involved, the County Attorney T. A. Hunt desired to prosecute the case in the juvenile court. The two juvenile boys in the case were given a suspended sentence and placd on probation for a tsrm of six months to report in person to Probation Officer Roy Lloyd every two weeKs. i |
