Show Health Camp Benefits North Sanpete Children Two children from the North S."npctf School District, Anna May Hams of Spring City, and Paul H. Winkler of Mt. The local committee of the Utah Tuberculosis Association, the Relief Re-lief Societies and the local physicians physi-cians assisted in selecting the children chil-dren who should attend th's cam). While there the activity of the day was carefully supervised. Regular Reg-ular periods of rest, wholesome foods at short intervals, physical activity, 2nd different forms of recreation were given to all. All children enjoyed eleven hours of sleep each night, in the day were dressed to profit from tli3 sun's rays, and everything wai done for their welfare. The average gain for the two children from our district was above the average 5 5-8 pounds. The average gain for the forrv children in cam) was 4'i pounds. Anna May Harris, the little girl from Spring City, made the highest in-d.v'dual in-d.v'dual gain of any child in (.ami), fc'i pounds. Not only did she improve in weight, but hr entire attitude toward everyone was changed after she had been at camp about a week. Shi was one of the happiest children at ramp and with proper nourishing food and plenty of rest she will continue to ( ;.;n and will soon be up to normal nor-mal weight. It is hoped that theso children can be followed up throiuh school this winter and efforts made to help them to continue to grow in weight.
