Van Steeter, also a welder, upon the completion of 20 years of seryice for the company. "Youre in for a swell time, Mr. Dimond told his associate. He referred to the annual banquet of the company for 20-year men to be held Thursday at 8:30 p. m. at the Hotel Utah. D. C Jackllng, president of the company, arrived in Salt Lake City Wedneaday night from San Francisco Fran-cisco to present the president's award to the veterans at the banquet ban-quet The award, a gold medal and lapel la-pel button, will be presented to 44 men of the 1937 class. Other guests at the party will be 275 men who have received awards in previous years. D. D. Moffat, vice president and general manager, will serve as toastmaster at the dinner.
