Harry and Thora Partner spent a week at Payson with Grayson and Evelyn Parry and family getting acquainted with a I new granddaughter and ! helping out the family. There are three brothers and a sister to help welcome the new baby girl. While there they also visited with daughters Louise and Joel Harrison and family and Marilyn and Rich Beard. The Partners received word from daughter Carol and Bill Holmes from Texas that he has received a promotion and they will be moving to Washington' D.C. Mary Carol Izatt and children spent the holidays with Kay and Laura Clark. Kay and Laura took Mary Carol back to Salt Lake City last Wednesday. They stayed with Laura's sister Doris and Stan Liles, and visited other relatives in the area while there. Connie Kleese and family visited during the holidays with her mother Virginia Smith. Layton and Melba Smith visited at Cedar City with Rett and Christine Shakespear and children, and with Ed and JoAnn Smith. Ed spent 1 three days during quarter . break at home. Ken and Elsie Goulding I visited with their children up north during the holidays. Bob and Julie Ness visited Kenny and Ber-nice Goulding. Champ Moore visited ' his mother Ruby Moore from his teaching position at Weber College during quarter break and for the holidays. Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Piatt and children visited Ken and Artolse Piatt and children. Visiting Dave and Delpha Rose and family were Jeanne Rose, Kerry Rose and girl friend, Theron Rose, Mr. and Mrs. Collin Rose and family, Clifford and Collete Mathews. Visiting Thorley and Virginia Johnson and family were Mr. and Mrs. Nolan Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Brough and boys, and Cynthia Johnson. Berthene Griffin, Shelley Barney and children went to Las Vegas to visit Lynne Stuard and children. The program in sacrament meeting on December 31 was under ; the direction of Dorian ; Johnson and the MIA. Speakers were Frankle Moore, Troy Goulding, Ben Smith, Paula Chynoweth., Peggy Rose, Patsy Willis, Theresa McCurdy. A successful fireside program and entertainment was held that evening In the chapel to usher in the new year. Linda Patterson and Keith visited the Robert Patterson family.
