F. 4-H club met at the home of their leader, Mrs. Estella Ollerton, for a special health meeting. The subject was "Foot Health, and the Care of Shoes and Hosiery," Hos-iery," given by Ruth Hall and Kathleen Holley. Mrs. Leona Curtis, local nurse, met with them and examined the girls for health. Louise Averett was chosen as the healthiest girl in the group. Later she will compete com-pete with the other clubs in Springville and they will compete with the county. A fingertip veil of tulle also edged with lace was caught to her head with a tiara of seed pearls. She carried a bouquet of regal lillieis and red roses. I Her bridesmaids, Elaine Bird, Afton Woodward, Elma Miner and the matron of honor, Mrs. Glen Allen, Jr., wore charming frocks of pastel shades with corsages of pink rosebuds and sweet peas. Other members of the bridal party who comprised the receiving line were the best man, Grant Morley, Glen Allen Jr., usher, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Allen, parents of , THREE BIRTHDAYS OBSERVED AT PARTY Verl Bulkley, five-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Bulkley, celebrated his birthday Wednesday Wednes-day as guest of honor at a party held at his home. The party took place also on the birthdays of Verl's father, Lloyd Bulkley, and his grandfather, grandfa-ther, the late Samuel Bulkley. Both wore corsages cor-sages of pink rosebuds. Guests were received at the door by the Misses Helen Tipton and Fay Ferguson. The gift room was in charge of Jule Allen and Nell Rowley. Refreshments were served from one long table covered with a gorgeous gor-geous linen cloth. The centerpiece was of white shasta daisies and pink gladiolus with pink tapers in crystal candelabra at either end. Mrs. Norma Noe was in charge of the serving, and she was assisted by Betty Blanchard, Elaine Mcpherson, Mc-pherson, and Helen Clegg. Banks of gorgeous summer blooms were artistically arranged in profusion throughout the amusement hall, reception hall, and the gift and serving rooms. The program, which was under the direction of Glen Allen, Jr., as master of ceremonies, included vocal solos by Hilman Snell and Melba Merritt singing "Because" and "Sweethearts"; a vocal duet, "Indian Love Call," by Virginia and Genevieve Bird, and a reading read-ing by Hazel Bray. Dancing was enjoyed during the remainder of the evening.
