Nielson, chairman of the Boys and Girls committee, commit-tee, informs me that the annual Holladay Lions club Fathers and Sons party will be held during the month of August. The time and place has not as yet been definitely set, but if plans go along as they should it will be held at Storm Mountain in Big Cottonwood Canyon on the fourth Thursday in August. That's the 22nd, starting at about 3 p.m. Lion Hughie is planning plenty plen-ty oi fun lor the boys and pap-pies, pap-pies, baseball, horseshoes, races land eats and drinks till you bust. Plans are going forward for the twenty-second annual Holladay Hol-laday Lions tennis tournament, and entry blanks will be available avail-able in the next few days at Hammonds Ice Cream parlor and at the Holladay Drug. Lion Kay (Hammond who sponsored these tennis tournaments before be-fore the war and was chairman of the committee last year, will again be in charge of this program. pro-gram.
