Show NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on Saturday, July 20, 1946, at 3 o'clock p.m. at 3000 Connor Street, in Salt Lake County, State of Utah, there will be sold to the highest cash bidder four domestic chinchillas, two females known and numbered as JH L55 and JH Klo, and two males known and numbered as O H20 and JH K55, pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 52-2-3 and 52-24, Utah Code Annotated, 1943, for the purpose of foreclosing fore-closing a lien of the undersigned Joseph Holland, in the sum of $388.18 due him for feeding and caring for said animals, including includ-ing legal interest on delinquent payments, during the period from 1942 until the time of the first publication of this notice. Possession of said animals for their feed and care was given giv-en to the undersigned by Edward Ed-ward Goodykoonz and Douglas Tibbets, both of Laramie, Wyoming, Wyo-ming, in the year 1942 and default de-fault has been made in payment to the undersigned for more than thirty days.
