General Manager C. C. Galbraith. Treasurer W. A. Dl brill and Frcncis X. Butter, counsel and director of the company. All except Parker were arraigned before Judge Hough in the United States district court and pleaded not guilty. Parker is understood to be ! on the way here from Seattle to sur- render hlmeelf.
