Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. ! NOTICE is liei-eby given by the ! Council of Ogden City, Utah, of the Intention of such Council to make the following described Improvements, 10-wit: To create both sides of Adauii itvenue, between 20th and 21st streets, &s a curb and gutter district, and to build therein concrete curbs C Inches thick and 15 Inches deep and concreto gutters 3 feet wide anu 0 Inches thick together with the necessary round corners and grading for all, and to defray the whole of the cost thereof, estimated at Fifteen Hundred and Eighty-four $1584. (hi) Dollars, or One pnd 20 100 ($1.20) Dollars per front foot, by a local assessment upon tho lots or lieces of ground within the following described district, being the district to be affected or benefitted by said improvements, namely: Lots, I 1 and 2 of "Block 54. Plat "A"; Lots' I 2, 3, 4. 5 and 6 of Block 55, Plat "A." j cl! of Ogden City Survey. The boundaries of the district to i bo benefitted or affected by said Im-I Im-I provements are lines drawn 50 feet outward from and parallel to the out-v out-v er boundary lines of said avenue. All protests and objections to the carrying out of such intention must be presented in writing to the City Recorder on or belore the eighth day of August, 1910, being the time set by said Council when It will hear and consider such objections as may be made thereto By 'order of the City Conncll of Ogden Og-den City.
