That It U proposed to amend Article It of the Constitution by the addition of a section which will read as follows fol-lows : SEC. I. The legislature may, by appropriate appro-priate legislation provide for the establishment estab-lishment of a minimum wage for women and minors and may provide for the comfort, com-fort, health, safety and general welfare of any and all employee.
