Show Clifford Seymour Richins BOUNTIFUL-Clifford Seymour Richins, age 87, died at his home in Bountiful on June 20, 1990. He was born in Henefer, Sept. 10, 1902, the son of Alma Ether and Emeline Hattie Richins. Married Ivy Elaine Wilde March 23, 1934 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died ' March 3, 1979. He attended elementary school in Henefer. hieh the German language. He loved music and was an accomplished musician. He was self employed as a livestock rancher most of his life, and had a great love for the outdoors. He was a high priest in the Bountiful Boun-tiful Third Ward, where he sang in the ward choir and was a home teacher for many years. Survived by a son and daughter, Dwayne C. Richins, Bountiful; and Mrs. Gale Stephens (Carol), Henefer; five grandchildren, Bradley, Bryan, Kerry, Andrea and Stefanie Stephens, Henefer; two sisters, Esther R. Brown, Hoytsville, Pearl R. Richins. Kaysville; two foster brothers, Glenn A. Richins, Kaysville and Dale W. Richins, Henefer. He was preceded in death by a son, Marian Kent Richins and nine brothers. Funeral services were held June 26 in the Bountiful Tabernacle. Interment in the Bountiful City Cemetery. Fimeral directors, Russon Brothers, Bountiful Mortuary. school in Salt Lake and graduated from LDS Business Academy in Salt Lake City, during which time he was a member of the basketball team and Glee Club. He operated a car dealership with his brother Carl in Provo and fulfilled a Swiss-German mission from 1925-1928, 1925-1928, where he spent considerable time teaching the new missionaries |
