Show J c Manns celebrate 60th I Gerald O. and Ruth H. Mann of Kaysville were honored at a family j dinner and open house on June 9, in . the gold room of Distinctive Cater- ing in Salt Lake City. The celebra-! celebra-! tion marked the occasion of their 60th wedding anniversary. They were married June 11, 1 1930, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. SHc was bom March 13, 1910. in ountiful, to Orvis and Myrtle Holbrook Mann. Mrs. Mann was born Oct 28, 1910, in Kaysville, I the daughter of Charles and Ada (ppenshaw Hayes. j He was a building inspector for J Davis County, retiring in 1975. He and his wife have farmed most of their lives. For the past 39 years they have made and sold cotton . candy and provided children's train B rides at local and community func-I func-I tions. Both active in the LDS Church, they served a labor mission in the 1 South Pacific from 1957 to 1960. i MR. AND MRS. 'GERALD O. MANN Their sons and daughter and their spouses are: Paul and Alice Mann, Provo; Reed and Beverly Mann, Roy; and Larry and LaRae Day, Kaysville. They have 17 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren. |
