Show IV- v' " it V,l AND MRS. BRUCE THOMPSON Exchange Vows Beth Laura Popowski and R. Bruce Thompson were united in marriage in a candlelight ceremony in Custer State Park of the Black Hills, South Dak. The double ring ceremony was performed by Collins Thompson, Thomp-son, father of the groom. PARENTS of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Jphn Popowski and Mr. and Mrs. Collins Thompson, all of Pierre, S. Dak. The bride, escorted by her father, chose a chapel length gown of Quiana with neckline and sleeves trimmed in seed pearls and lace. The formal length veil was trimmed with matching lace and pearls. She carried a bouquet of white gamellias and greens. HONOR attendants for the couple were Leah Ann Popowski and Douglas Stransky of Sioux Falls, S. Dak. Ushers were Bart and Matt Popowski and Neal Thompson. Brittany Engar of Pierre was the flower girl and her brother Travis Engar was the ringbearer. Glea Krueger, Pierre, served as the bride's personal attendant. CHRISTIE Engar provided the wedding music and ac companied Jackie Thompson as she played the flute. A dinner and reception was held immediately following the ceremony. After a short wedding trip in the Black Hills, the couple was honored at a reception in the LDS Church in Pierre. THE BRIDE is a 1976 graduate of Riggs High School and attended South Dakota State University, Brookings, S. Dak. The groom graduated from Bountiful High School and attended at-tended SDSU. The couple are making their new home in Salt Lake City. |
