Henry Owen vs. J. J. Wyatt ; demurrer overruled. ' United States vs. O. J., Salisbury; two demurrers to complaint sustained and time allowed to amend complaint. United States' vs. N. V. Jones and Frank Treseder; .demurrer of Treseder filed and Wednesday, the 17th instant, fixed for hearing. Jones comes into court and pleads not guiltv. - xne ionowing jnrors were excused: W. P. Rowe, for . having served on last Grand J ury ; Samuel Bringhurst presented present-ed affidavit which warranted his being excused; Ether , Col trin, for good and sufficient cause ; r!U. B. White, John Kingdon, James .Hughes and John Wickel also obtained a release ; an J. H. Wolcott, on showing to the Court that he was an attorney-at-law. . United States vs. Jonathan Chattertsn.
