The beneficiaries directed the trustee to foreclose the aforementioned deed of trust for the purpose of paying certain obligations secured thereby, including in-cluding the unpaid principals of that certain note, dated February 22, 1985 all accrued interest to date, any late charges authorized by the note, and all costs, expenses and fees associated with the preparation of this notice and the foreclosure sale of the trust property.
