Notice is hereby given that at a meeting meet-ing of the Board of Directors of said Company, held on the 7th day of September, IS&, an assessment of one and one-half cent per share was levied upon the cap tal stock (Issued and unissued) of the corporation. PyMe " mediately to the Secretary at his offlce No 28 w Sixth South Street, Salt Lake City. Utah. Any stock upon which this assessment shan remain unpaid on Saturday. October the 17th. 18o; will be delinquent and advertised for sale at public auction, and unless payment is made before, will be sold on Wednesday, November the 4th, 1885. at the office of the Company, to pay the delinquent assessment, together with the cost of advertising and sale.
