Show Application for Patent. Notice No. 1,375. United States Land Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, November 2, 1885. rOTICE is HEREBY GIVEN THAT i.1 Charles E. Mitchener and John P. Kelly, whose postoffice address is Stockton, Tooele county, Utah, have made application for a United States patent for the Keystone No. 2 Lode mining claim, situate in Rush Valley Mining Min-ing District. Tooele countv, Utah Territory, consisting of 1,500 linear feet of the lode, and surface ground 200 feet wide, being Lot No. 83, and described in the field notes and plat of the official survey on file in this office, with magnetic mag-netic variation at 17 degrees cast, as follows: Commencing at the discovery point of the said claim and ruuning thence south 73 degree. east 208 feet to the center of the eastern end line of the claim, and thence north 17 degrees east 100 feet to corner Post No. 1; thence south 17 degrees west 200 feet to Post No. 2; thence north 73 degrees de-grees west 1500 feet to Post No. 3; thence north 17 degrees east 20O feet to Post No. 4; thence south 73 degrees east 1500 feet to Post No. 1, of I the exterior boundary lines of the surface ground of the said claim, pontaining an area of 4.913 acres, after excluding therefrom 1.967 acres, the area in conflict with Lot 6, the Leonore Leo-nore mining claim. From Post No. 2 U. S. M. M. No. 3 bears south 1 degree 41 minutes east 1389.1 feet distant. The said mining claim being of record in the office of the Recorder of said mining district at Stocktou, in Tooele county, Utah. The nearest kuowu location being the Leonore mining claim. I direct that this notice to be published in the Salt Lake Evening Democrat, the newspaper published nearest the said mining claim, for the period of sixty days. II. McMASTER, Register.
