Minutes of Friday were read, amended and approved. . - j Mr. Stratford, chairman of the Committee Com-mittee on Ways and Means, to whom was referred the communication of Governor Gov-ernor Eli H. Murray, reported back the same, with recommendations that the same be referred to a joint committee of both House and Council. Carried ; said committee to be composed of two from the House and one from the Council. Mr. Hatch, chairman of the Committee on Judiciary, to whom was referred H. F. 17 and H. F. 12, bills relating to sexual sex-ual intercourse, reported the same back with a substitute for both. The substitute substi-tute is similar to the one introduced by Mr. King. Filed for second reading. Mr. West A bill to amend an act regulating reg-ulating the procedure in the Code of Criminal Cases approved February 22, 1878. Committee on Judiciary. - A communication from the Auditor, stating that a large safe was stored in the court-house at Ogden and not in use, and a wish for the present Legislature to make some disposition of the same.
