Show Utah's Exhibit. j General P. E. Connor and aids are getting get-ting along admirably with the collection of Utah's exhibits for the New Orleans Exposition. One car-load of articles has been loaded, and specimens of our Territorial Ter-ritorial industries sufficient to fill a second car are being properly packefd for imme- : diate loading. Among the many attractive- and praiseworthy exhibits is a fine contribution from Mr. Dan Weggeland of this city. The case comprises the following oil paintings from Utah subjects: View of the Ontario crushing mills, of Park City, Utah, valued at $50; "A brace of ducks," $50; "After the storm," a Utah landscape, $30; "Apples," $30; "Grapes and apples," ap-ples," $15. The collection is fine, and promises to compare favorably with that from other localities. |
