Utah Produce. Just to give our readers an idea as to the importance of Utah's produce business, busi-ness, says the Ogden News, wcwill mention men-tion that the Union Pacific Railroad Company Com-pany handles an average of ten cars of potatoes going East. In a few davs past, an Ogden firm shipped seven cars of the tuber in the direction of the rising sun the last few days, also, H. L. Griffin, one of our leading produce dealers, sent fifteen fif-teen carloads of murphies eastward. But then, where are there better specimens of solanum tuberosum than in these valleys of the mountains? And were are they cheaper?
