Show ROBINSON BOUND OVER His Preliminary Examination WI1 be Held on Monday Will Robinson the man who did the shooting at Bingham day before yesterday yester-day was brought in by Sheriff Burt last evening and lodged in the County Jail This morning he appeared before Commissioner Com-missioner McKay for an examination of the complaint made by James Johnston charging him with assault with intent to kill Owing to the fact that the witnesses wit-nesses were not subpoenaed and consequently conse-quently had returned to Bingham the examination was set for Monday next and the defendant placed under 300 bonds to appear on that date Mrs J P Hickman a sister to the defendant went on his bonds It is a question in the minds of Mr Dickson and others whether or not the defendant can be caught upon a second charge for the same offense before the former has been tried and it is more than likely it will be found contrary to law and the case dismissed dis-missed from Mr McKays Court Robinson was placed under 2500 by the constable at Bingham to appear before be-fore the Grand Jury on the charge of shooting Hair The affair having turned out to be less serious than was at first expected ex-pected the bonds will probably be fixed at a moderate figure |
