Show ORANGE FLUFF 2 eggs grated rind of ae lemon mon 1 tablespoon hot water 2 tablespoons lemon juice 3 tablespoons sugar grated rind of 12 orange 3 tablespoons orange juice separate eggs beat yolks with 2 tablespoons sugar add grated rind and the fruit juices add hot water beating continually cook mixture in top of double boiler until it coats spoon stirring constantly st pour over egg whites which have beaten stiff with remaining tablespoon of sugar pile into glasses chill and serve bake a pastry shell on the back of the pan to prevent shrinking prick it all over with a fork before putting it in the oven when baked it will slide off easily |
