Show U MOTHERS SET FALL AFFAIH Unique table decorations of wicker baskets and ivy will mark the autumn decor for the annual fall bridge luncheon of the University Uni-versity of Utah Mother's club. The ballroom of the Union Bldg., on the university campus, will be the scene of the affair Wednesday, Sept. 2S, 1 p. m. A fashion parade of the newest styles in fall hats will be featured by Mrs. Earl Johnson. Models have been selected from the club. A novelty booth, where items of all description will be sold, will be in charge of Mrs. George Kennedy. Ken-nedy. Mrs. Nora M. Walton and Mrs. Harold S. Davies will be in charge of gifts. The candy and cooked food sale will be in charge of Mrs. Frank J. Kirby and Mrs. Warren Jensen. Mrs. J. Les Anderson will oversee over-see the apron sale and Mrs. Wallace Wal-lace M. Scott is in charge of the card booth. General chairman of the affair will be Mrs. W. R. Carter. The serving committee will be headed by Mrs. Harvey W. Alex- ander, assisted by Mrs. Allen Fair-clough, Fair-clough, Mrs. Dewey Thomas, Mrs. James Birrell, Mrs. C. N. Jensen, Mrs. Chester Midgley, Emma Christensen, Mrs. Parnell Black, Mrs. Beth LeMon, Mrs. Mabel Killeem, Mrs. Lorin Rasmussen, Mrs. B. P. Manley, Mrs. Oluf Nielson, Mrs. C. P. Thomsen, Mrs. Karl A. Bernson, Mrs. Clinton Seal, Mrs. W. O. Robinson, Mrs. Cyril Clark Warren and Mrs. John Clayton. Mrs. Vern G. Jones is in charge of the decorating. Reservations may be made with Smith and Mrs. Oluf C. Nielson. Mrs. W. R. Carter, Mrs. Orvil B. Mrs. William L. Lutz is publicity chairman for the group. |
