Show Bishoprics Change As Ward Line Shifts About 200 members of Lincoln Lin-coln ward were transferred to the Columbus ward Sunday when the ward boundary line, was shifted from 7th to 8th East streets, and changes were made in the leadership of the two wards. C. Laird Snelgrove, recently appointed to the stake presidency, presi-dency, was released as bishop of Lincoln ward, and installed ', as the succeeding bishopric were: James E.- Hamilton, bishop; bish-op; Helden Marlow, first counselor; coun-selor; Stephen C. Richards, second sec-ond counselor; Robert L. Hey-wood, Hey-wood, ward clerk, and W. Hamilton Ham-ilton Wilson, assistant clerk. Sustained as the new bishopric bishop-ric of the Columbus ward were. Carl F. Sheffield, bishop; Ru-lon Ru-lon Bradshaw, first counselor: LeRoy Owen, second counselor: David E- Love, ward clerk and Alfred N. Landvatter, assistant cler. Bishop M. Arnold Herlin was released upon his appointment to the high council. |
